Making every step count

Challenge yourself to walk, swim, dance or wheel your way to 10,000 steps a day this September. Take part with your friends, family and colleagues and join teams from around the world raising funds for Scope.

How it works

We'll send you a pedometer that you can wear throughout the challenge. Increase your activity any way you can - walk, swim, dance or wheel!
