Steptember UK is a joint effort between Scope and Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation.
Scope exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Until then, we’ll be here.
Every year, Scope provide support, information and advice to more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their families. Funds raised through events like Steptember are vital to this work.

As well as experiencing great motivation to exercise more and having some friendly competition, you'll also be helping parents like Mark. He attends a parent support group with his daughter Charli-Mai. He’s made friends and now has regular contact with other fathers who understand what it means to have a disabled child. He can share experiences, ask for advice or just have a chat. The group helped him realise he’s not alone.
